GÖRÜNGÜ
Psychiatric research still runs on paper. A single participant may fill in a battery of scales by hand, and somebody then types every mark into a spreadsheet. It is slow, it is dull, and typing is where a quiet error enters the data with nothing downstream to catch it.
GÖRÜNGÜ reads the sheets instead. You photograph them, it finds the marks, it scores them, and it writes a CSV. The parts that took the work are the ones a demo never shows: a template designer for laying out where the boxes are on a given form, per-form threshold tuning because a pencil tick and a biro cross do not leave the same amount of ink, and automatic alignment, since a photograph taken by hand is never square to the page and the boxes have to be found anyway.
It is the one instrument here that is finished and public. The name is the Turkish word for phenomenon, in the sense of the thing as it appears.
